Carrie Loveland has been studying intuitive reading and the esoteric arts for 20 years and has been reading Tarot since 2009. She holds a Masters in Teaching and has been working with children and adults for 25 years.
She enjoys a Jungian approach in showing people how to access their own inner wisdom through the cards and their own personal intuitive symbols. She has been profoundly influenced by her primary teachers Rachel Pollack and Mary Greer, and met Jess and Chewey through their shared study with Rachel in their local Hudson Valley Tarot community.
“Carrie’s kinesthetic, empathic approach to tarot was unlike any tarot reading I’ve ever had. She was SPOT on about my recent past and when I told her ‘don’t sugarcoat’ - she didn’t. And I am glad. It helped me so much. Carrie’s physical approach to the meta-physical (she has you enact the shape of your reads with simple postures) also helped me learn and understand the meaning of the Tarot in a whole new way.”

“Carrie led a wonderful session for my improv class on using tarot for play and reflection. She made it relevant to a non-Tarot group and helped many of us find striking personal insights. She gave us fresh ways of approaching Tarot and inspired a lot of interest in exploring it further. I loved how she made it fun and accessible while also helping us find our own meaningful discoveries.
As an organiser I was pleased to know the session was in safe hands so I could relax and join in!”
